1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We prioritize shipping for customers in the United States. Shipping to select international destinations may be available depending on the product, destination, and carrier service shown at checkout.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM Mountain Time (GMT -7) are typically processed on the next business day. If an item is marked as pre-order or temporarily delayed, handling and delivery times may be longer than the estimates stated here.
After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information. Tracking information may take 1-2 business days to become active after the carrier receives the package.
3. UNITED STATES SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping rates and estimated carrier transit times for orders within the United States:
- US Standard Shipping: Free. Estimated carrier transit time is 4-8 business days after dispatch.
- US Priority Shipping: USD $12.00. Estimated carrier transit time is 3-6 business days after dispatch.
- US Expedited Shipping: USD $28.00. Estimated carrier transit time is 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are shown in business days and are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier volume, weather, holidays, address accuracy, and other conditions outside our control.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For destinations outside the United States, available shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when international shipping is available. Orders outside the United States may ship from China or another available fulfillment location. Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply depending on your destination and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. ADDRESS ACCURACY
