RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with HuaChen. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for eligible purchases made on https://huachenbag.com.

1. RETURN WINDOW

We accept eligible returns within 30 days after the date your order is delivered.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Include original tags, accessories, and packaging
- Not be damaged due to misuse, wear, alteration, improper storage, or handling after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, damage, or alteration
- Items returned without original tags, accessories, or packaging
- Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

4. HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please email support@huachenbag.com within the return window and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may be refused.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If the return is due to a damaged item, defective item, incorrect item, or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate return solution.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or stated in a promotion.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or required by law.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@huachenbag.com as soon as possible after delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number so we can evaluate the problem and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

7. EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for another color, size, or model, please contact us at support@huachenbag.com within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund.

8. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed after your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@huachenbag.com.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped. If the order has already shipped, you may need to follow the standard return process after delivery.
